These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RPD-X Solutions platform ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RPD-X Solutions provides an AI-powered receptionist and business automation platform that helps restaurants and service businesses handle inbound calls, manage bookings and reservations, take online pickup orders, and access related business automation tools. Features are available as described in the Service at the time you use them; AI phone answering requires a connected and verified phone line.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google Calendar, telephony providers, and conversational AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

5. Call Recording and Consent

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording and AI call-handling features complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any required notice or consent to call recording. You are also responsible for any notices you are required to give your own guests and customers about how their order, reservation, and call information is used; our Privacy Policy describes how RPD-X processes that information on your behalf.

6. Fees

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and plan details will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Changes to an existing paid plan, and cancellation of a paid subscription, are currently handled by our support team: contact info@rpd-x.com.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account or end a paid subscription, contact us at info@rpd-x.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPD-X Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
